Use : Air the room and light the smudge stick so that it glows. If you are cleansing a person start from top to bottom along the auric body. In one room, you smudge the stick counterclockwise over the room you want to clean. Add some extra energy and power around corners and in front of mirrors. Aerate properly afterwards.
