Myrrh is a resin extracted from the Commiphora Myrrha tree which grows mainly in the Middle East and Ethiopia. It has an intense but soft and sweet scent of rustic wood. Myrrh is used for purification of places, people and objects as well as inner healing. The smoke of Myrrh gives clarity in times of confusion and strength in times of trial. Myrrh also attracts new positive energies. Myrrh, along with gold and frankincense, are the gifts that the three wise men brought to the baby Jesus.
